Now to make the global career one should poses a broader set of skills; "hard" (technical) and "soft" (interpersonal and communication) skills are equally important. The skills include managing information, resources, and relationships with people as well as self-management. The starting point, of course, is basic skills: reading, writing, computation, and, most important, ability to learn continuously throughout life. In addition, "global" workers need flexibility, problem-solving and decision-making ability, adaptability, creative thinking, self-motivation, and the capacity for reflection.

Nobody knows exactly what the future will bring us. The number one question on my mind is what to choose. Sometimes I find it difficult to make a definite choice, because it will affect me for the rest of my life. I’d like my future career to satisfy me, challenge me, and bring me joy. I would like my work to bring me satisfaction. I want to know that I am making a difference in this world and help other people. I hope to contribute to my country’s development one day.

My friend, can you imagine yourself in a tent on the sea shore, enjoying the fresh air and the sun all day long? I am still full of impressions! The feeling is difficult to describe in just words... it is like in paradise!

You know that TV-show "Exchanging Vows"… I believe they shoot it in England. For those who haven't seen it, in short, they take two couples that are going to get married. They ask every couple to plan wedding for the other couple from A to Z. That means, arranging the ceremony itself and the banquet, choosing wedding dresses for brides and tuxes for grooms, wedding flowers, cakes, the place for the ceremony, everything. The couple that wins (in case their competitors are satisfied with the way they arranged everuthing) goes for a honeymoon trip.
So, the other day I watched an episode and there was a couple, and guys were so frustrated, so disappointed. The bride was just shocked by the choice of the dress for her. She cried… I felt sorry for her. No really, I pictured just for a moment what would it feel like walking in her shoes… A nasty feeling, I guess. She felt the most miserable person in the world on the day when she just had to be so happy…
I think I would never trust some stranger to arrange my wedding. Only if it's a professional wedding planner)))
Why am I talking of wedding so much lately?..
P.S. Sweety, if you are reading this, don’t freak out))) I told you I can wait))) Luv ya)

When somebody tells me there is nothing great in their life, it is a lie, indeed. Somebody can have a nice hobby like spinning the plates or dancing in an experimental performance crew. Others can have beautiful thick hair (while mine is rather thin) or white even teeth. Houses, cars, careers, marriages - you can never know what part of your everyday life can cause envy in your mates.
It is really disappointing, huh? Enjoying pleasures of life or the luck of possessing an advantage, I cannot but realize that somebody can be envious about it. If you say I'm paranoid, I'd agree to that!!!

I guess it all depends on your priorities in life. If you are focused on the career, you want to grow professionally and achieve something in this area, then of course it's important what kind of a job you get, because it's gonna take most of time, efforts and thinking, right?
And if you're just looking for something to support yourself financially, then good working conditions, healthy environment, paycheck you're happy with and a somewhat interesting and to a decent degree challanging to your brain activity will do? What do you think? I moved recently to a new area and am now trying to establish my idea of what a good job is...

There are multiple ways to do it! Every time you make that decision that you're going to start eating healthy, have deserts only when you go out with your friends, eat small portions (actually when do these thoughts come to your mind? after you eat a huge desert at a coffee-shop? this is when I usually decide that this time I'll get serious about dieting and being healthy) try to find a friend to be accountable to. And make sure your friend is tough and not too cute and too gentle, otherwise it's not gonna work... Oh, and also important that your friend (though as tough and serious as this kind of a job requires...) is not secretly (or openly) hating you for something and thus will do anything to prevent you to achieve you desire....
Try to stay away from the fridge (if you or your family does regular grocery shopping). Get busy. Even busier than you are now (if it's possible).
But don't overdo.... If you get grumpy because you feel deprived think what's more important for you - to lose some weight or to stay happy. Or you think you can't be both at the same time - have some extra around your waistline and be happy, if this is an oxymoron for you, then try to still stick to your diet, but get positive thinking! Think about why you're doing this, why you're putting down that delicious chocolate bar, think about the result! And if this doesn't help... Just be happy with extra pounds.... =)
